Our latest Customer First Initiative survey results are in! Here’s how we fared in 2022-23.
For over 30 years, MCCA has been at the forefront of advocating for the ground-breaking small businesses and programs present in our Australian Muslim community. Initiatives that bolster pride in our Muslim identity and confidence in our Islamic values. This includes our support of Human Appeal Australia’s Divine Legacy Conference Tours, a biennial project that strives to uphold the legacy of the Holy Quran, Islam’s miraculous book that continues to inspire hearts and minds across the globe since 1400 years ago.
This month, MCCA was proud to receive the National Zakat Foundation’s Appreciation Award following another great year of collaboration. Our work at MCCA has always been focused on supporting initiatives that uplift our local Muslim communities and advocate for their needs. This includes our long-standing involvement with NZF and the ground-breaking work their team has done to provide much-needed aid to the vulnerable members of our Ummah in Australia.
Uplifting and empowering our local Muslim communities has always been integral to our core values and mission of invigorating the spirit of Islam in broader society. One significant community initiative that MCCA recently had the honour of attending was the Grand Opening Ceremony of Rabita Centre Australia at their brand new location in Rockbank, Victoria.
For over 30 years, our aim at MCCA is to support the initiatives that propel our Muslim community toward a bright and successful future. This includes supporting our incredible youth, who carry forward our Islamic values with new hope and boundless potential, through exciting initiatives such as the Somali Australian Community Association of NSW’s Multicultural Youth Employment Careers & Careers Expo.
For over 30 years, our legacy at MCCA has focused on giving back and powering the future of the wonderful community that supports us. This includes our long-time support of the Bachar Houli Foundation and our new visionary partnership with them that aims to provide and nurture more future opportunities for young Australian Muslims through Australian Rules Football.
In our drive to constantly improve your experience here at MCCA, our ongoing Customer First Initiative, launched in 2020, addressed key issues within our customer service charter. These are the results and improvements MCCA have implemented since its launch. We’re proud to share the outcomes of what was a significant project with you and how it assisted MCCA in aligning to a customer-centric model.
